Website terms

These terms govern use of the public Hardson Fleet website and guided product demonstration. Paid fleet services, device leasing, installation, support and enterprise deployments are governed by a separate written customer agreement.

Public information and demonstrations

The public demonstration uses sample information and is provided to explain product capabilities. It must not be treated as a live customer environment, navigation service or guarantee that every feature will work with every tracking device or vehicle.

Pricing

The standard platform fee is K200 per active tracked vehicle per month. When Hardson Fleet supplies a standard leased tracking device and standard installation, a K1,500 once-off charge applies per supplied vehicle. Optional equipment, specialist sensors and non-standard installation requirements are quoted separately before customer approval.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, submit unlawful content, test vulnerabilities without written permission or use public forms for unsolicited automated messages.

Compatibility and estimates

Device compatibility, installation requirements, fuel-data availability and optional equipment costs are confirmed during assessment. Website calculator outputs are estimates based on the quantities entered and exclude optional quoted work.

Intellectual property

The Hardson Fleet name, product presentation, website content and original platform materials may not be copied or represented as another organisation’s service without permission.

Changes

We may update these website terms as the public service develops. Material customer-service changes are handled under the applicable customer agreement.
